WHO WE ARE
I was born in Marin county and have lived in the Bay Area for my entire life. When I was 22, I moved to Northwest Arkansas to be with my now wife while she finished her last semester of nursing school. I have always enjoyed BBQ, but did not have the full experience until I spent some time living in the South. There is a culture of family and hospitality that surrounds this cuisine which I had never seen before. The different techniques and flavor styles that exist based on region were something I knew I wanted to learn more about. So, my love for BBQ was born.I have now acquired my first, custom-built, reverse flow smoker from a small fabrication shop out of Tennessee, and I'm ready to bring the flavors of the South to you and your family. https://www.instagram.com/meatweekend/
